Rules:
1. Please read the general rules for Domestic Arts.
2. All exhibits must be made by the exhibitor, no prepared mixes will be allowed, except in the Decorated Cake Classes, #720, #721, and #722; and Cupcake Class #738.
3. Only one entry is allowed from a recipe, dividing a recipe and entering in more than one class is not permitted.
4. Cake entries will be one-half (1/2) of a cake. Do not frost cut side of cake. Place cakes on cardboard covered with white paper, the same size and shape as the cake. Put in Ziplock bag.
5. Cookies—Five (5) must be displayed as follows: Wrap four (4) on a 6 in. paper plate, with fifth wrapped separately and placed on top. No icing is permitted on any cookie. Use Ziplock bag.
6. Doughnut—Three (3) must be displayed on a 6 in. paper plate.Use Ziplock bag.
7. Five (5) cupcakes will be judged on decorations only. They must be baked in cupcake or muffin pans.
8. President’s Cookie Jar entries must contain two dozen cookies consisting of 6 different kinds. Judging will be 85% on the cookies and 15% on the jar decoration. Contents of jar will be presented to the President of the Hancock County Fair, but the jar will remain the property of the exhibitor.
9. ENTRY FEE: fifty cents per entry.
