All exhibits in all
departments must be entered between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Tuesday,
July 19, in the Domestic Arts building.

Judging will begin at
8:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 20. No one will be admitted except
for superintendent and judges.

Exhibits are open to the
world

Entry tags will be
furnished for all entries and must be filled out by the exhibitors.
No entry will be judged without the proper tag.

An ENTRY FEE of 50¢ will
be charged for each entry, except in department N which will be 25¢
per entry. All entry fees are payable at time of entry and are
non-refundable.

Each exhibitor is
required to purchase a $12 Exhibitor's Pass, except children 9 years
of age and younger by 1/1/11.

An exhibitor is limited
to one entry per class.

An exhibit which has won
first prize at the Hancock County Fair within the last three years
is ineligible to be entered this year.

No item may be entered if
these is no class listed for it in the lot number list.

After exhibits are
placed, no one will be permitted in the department area.

Every precaution will be
taken to insure the safety of the exhibits, but in no case will the
Fair Association be responsible for the loss of or damage to the
exhibits.

Exhibits will be released
to exhibitors from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 24.

The building will close
at 9:00 p.m. each evening.
